Lush Obsession: Hair and Shower Products

Good morning loves, yesterday I wasn't able to post anything since I had to travel from Milan back home but from today posts will be up everyday (Monday to Friday).

Recently I've been loving LUSH products. I've always loved natural and organic products, but my obsession has become bigger and bigger lately. Hair and skincare products are amazing, without speaking of their bath bombs and body products. So I've decided to show you all the products I've been using and loving these days. I'm gonna do a little review for every product too. Keep reading to find out...

First products I'm gonna talk about are hair products. I've tried their shampoo bars and their oil treatments.
The shampoo bar I tried is called Godiva and it's amazing. The main ingredients are Hibiscus Extract, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine Extract and different kinds of butter. In fact thanks to all these types of butter it's a 2 in 1, that is both shampoo and conditioner. This shampoo lasts at least 4 months and it's very good, it makes your hair very soft, shiny and glossy. Highly suggested, plus you have 2 products in one so you don't have to spend money on a conditioner.
Price: 9,95 EUR/11,95 $

Another hair product that I've tried and loved is Damaged which is an oil hair treatment. This product is solid and it
has to be melt to be used. After being melt it becomes creamy and you have to apply it on your dry hair and leave it for 20 minutes. It has vanilla extract in it so the smell is very pleasant. There are three different types of this treatment based on your hair needs. "Damaged" is perfect for damaged hair, there's one for curly hair and one for tangled hair. I really loved this product and I use it once a week.
Price: 9,95 EUR/9,95 $

For what concerns hair products that's everything I've tried so far but I'm thinking of trying out new items. Now let's talk about shower products.

Shower products are divided in: soap, shower gels, shower jellies, shower scrubs and FUN.
I've tried four soaps that are Rock Star, Karma Soap, Sexy Peel and Porridge. My favorite is Sexy Peel because of the citrusy smell, however they're all great in terms of quality. Obviously smell is subjective. If you love more sweet, candy flavors I would recommend Rock Star.
Karma has patchouli in it, while Porridge is made of oats and orange.
Price range: 4,90 EUR to 6,90 EUR/6,40 $ to 7,95$

Next up shower gels, I've only tried one that is The Comforter which is one of the most loved and popular but I didn't like it. The scent is way too sweet and after a while I was sick of that smell. The quality was not one of the best, I ran out of it quite fast and it was very sticky. Overall I would not suggest this product, plus the price is high for what it offers. I would like to try out other scents and hopefully have great things to say about them

Price: 7,95 EUR (100 g) - 15,95 EUR (250 g)/ 9,95 $ (3.3 fl. oz.) - 18,95 $ (8.4 fl. oz.)

A product which I LOVE and I would suggest instead of the shower gel is shower jelly. It's a jelly that has to be used as a shower gel. You rub it on your skin under the water and it releases a great smell.
I've tried Refresher which is lemony, Needles and Pines which has an infusion of pine needles and cypress leaf in it and the two Christmas Limited Edition that are not available right now but you can see them in the pictures below.
Highly recommended.
Price: 6,50 EUR - 12,00 EUR / 8,95 $ - 19,95 $

This is one of the two Christmas Limited Edition, It has a carrot smell

And this is the second Christmas jelly, apple and wine smell

Talking of shower scrubs I had to try the "famous" Ocean Salt and I absolutely loved it. It's made with sea salt and it's perfect with body and face too. It scrubs away everything
leaving your skin smooth and glowing. I can't say anything bad about this product, no wondering this is one of LUSH best-selling products.
Price: 12,95 EUR - 23,95 EUR / 21,95 $ - 36,95 $

Last shower products are the so called FUN. They are multi-purpose moldable soaps, in fact they can be used to wash you hair, your body, your clothes, in your bath... Lots of uses, plus 2.5% of sales goes to the LUSH FUNd that supports charities in Japan to
create safe places for children. There are different colors that correspond to different smells, the one I tried is the red that has orange and mandarin in it. I liked it a lot even if I think it's a bit uncomfortable to use. That is you have to take a little piece of it and rub it on your skin. Recommended if you want to have fun in the shower, mostly for children.
Price: 7,95 EUR (200 g) / 6,95 $ (7.0 oz.)

I've decided to split this post in two: one with hair and shower products, one with face, bath and body products. Otherwise it would be too long and I wouldn't want to annoy you guys. Hope this helps you and maybe you're going to try something out of what I suggested you. See you tomorrow with part two,

                                  xoxo, Sofia
